Gala Chair Jenny Alonzo- SVP Lifetime Television and Kim Ross CIO and Chair Sponsor Nielsen Media Research were joined by MC’s Jorge Ramos News Anchor for Telemundo and NBC 4’s Monica Morales and over six hundred distinguished guest and honorees for the 2nd Annual National Latino Technology Achievers Awards Gala at Pier Sixty in New York City on Thursday, July 27th 2006.

The Latino Technology Award Gala was a celebration of Latino Technology Professionals commitment to excellence through their ability and efforts.

The National Latino Technology Achievers Award Ceremony serves as a solid platform to highlight our accomplishments towards the advancements of Latino Technology Professionals across the USA. More than sixty organizations and over six hundred attendees celebrated the diversity and leadership shown among winners of the 2006 National Latino Technology Achievers. The Latino Technology Achiever awardees served as inspiration to Latino’s everywhere “que si se puede, let us show you how.”

On Wednesday June 29th, 2005, the Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association brought together to New York City more than six hundred technology professionals, governmental officials, community and business leaders from across the country for the Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association National Technology Achievers Awards.

The 1st Annual National Latino Technology Achievers awards dinner was a celebration of the Latino Technology professionals’ commitment for business excellence through their own abilities, efforts and initiatives.

The Latinos in Information Sciences and Technology Association’s Technology Achievers Awards are national recognitions for the efforts and advancement of Latino Technology Professionals in the United States.

LISTA 3 Kings 2006

LISTA 3 KINGS Fiesta Navideña Networking event celebrated annually on January 6th, has been a for the last 5 years a with your support, we can continue to assist our community through our tech program the L2 Initiative, Stratford Community Center, the Red Cross, and Project Dream. This year we broke last years record and gave away over 500 toys and clothing to Stratford Community Kids, along with a Ticket for 2 Sponsored by Southwest Airlines.

Our community awardees for the evening: Tonio Burgos, The Honorable Congresswomen Nydia Velasquez, and Speaker Michael Barrera, President/CEO of United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce represented a broad array of lifetime achievements in our community, we thank them for all they have done to empower our community. VIP Attendees included Manhattan Borough President Scott Stringer, Dr Georgina Falu, HPNG’ s Ali Curi, Max Media’s Max Ramirez, HITN’s President Jose Luis Rodriguez, Alfredo Placeres, Mark Jaffe, Mark Soto and City Councilwoman The Honorable Melissa Mark Viverito. Overall, the evening which was attended by over 700 Latino tech professionals, businessmen, non profit leaders and government officials was a great success and it was due to all of our members who attended, donated and individually have supported this organization throughout the years.
