What can your council do
for your community? What is the
purpose of your council? What
goals will you attain in your
first year?
3. Have
a LISTA Orientation Meeting.

with at least six LISTA local
members in attendance and invite
the president and other national
board members to attend. At this
meeting we will help you develop
